Sun. 9:30 -10:30 am YO – Hatha Yoga
11 am – noon OM – Reflective Meditation
Mon. 9:30 – 10:45 am YO -Gentle Hatha Yoga
7:15-8:15 pm YO – Hatha Yoga
Tue. 7:30-8:45 pm YO – Restorative Yoga
Wed. 9:30 – 10:45 am YO – Gentle Hatha Yoga
5:30-6:30 pm YO -Yin Yang Yoga
7:30 -8:30 pm OM -Reflective Meditation
Sat. 11 am – noon OM -Reflective Meditation
Meditation classes are offered seated in chairs.
Yoga classes include use of mats and props, but you can bring your own.
Drop ins are always welcome but priority is given to those with reservations.
