Goodbye Guilt

 – Goodbye Guilt –

Guilt is the shadow energy of the 2nd Chakra, the energy centre representing our emotions, sexuality and gut feelings.  It lurks in the background, imprisoning us to believe we have done something wrong – we feel badly.  Guilt creates  a divided self that experiences life as good or bad, right or wrong, black or white.  Guilt drains us of our vital energy, until we learn to use it to heal ourselves.

Guilt is a powerful trigger that can be used for positive healing when we take the time to focus inwards with meditation to align with our values and intention, and make the necessary changes to heal. We are responsible for our own guilt, not the guilt others are experiencing, or want to give to us. It’s time to say goodbye to guilt.

Guilt is an awareness that something is not aligned with our values, our intention, and draws our attention to something important, to our self worth, where innocence supports our healing journey.

Our natural, instinctual way of being is to be helpful, supportive and nurturing.  But over the time we  become burdened with guilt, those feelings of shame, regret, and feeling badly.  We should have done more, different, etc.  The effects of guilt and other feelings from these events affect our self worth.  We start to see and experience the world as black and white, good and bad, right and wrong.

Healing our guilt through meditation increases our energy to flow with compassion and understanding.  Meditating in a space where we feel safe and can relax, knowing a teacher is holding the space and guiding us, allows us to receive and heal with ease.  We open ourselves to heal the guilt we carry within ourselves – we say goodbye to guilt.

Let yourself receive guilt free.  Open your heart and mind to nurture the brilliant light within.

“Thank you for the guided meditation tonight.  It was exactly what I needed as I struggle to maintain spiritual seniority during times of grief and feelings of guilt. I experienced feelings of peace as your words about the unity of spirit drifted into my awareness. ”
