How to Stop Feeling Guilty!
What can you do to transform that guilty feeling that lingers when you feel awesome and someone else doesn’t.

The positive side of guilt is it shows something within you is not in agreement with your values. Emotionally you will “feel” like there is something wrong.
Is this feeling of guilt actually yours?
Where you feel this energy is a great place to begin
- Cmmonly experienced as guilt in the second energy centre (chakra) is “Feeling bad”
- Commonly experienced in the third chakra is feeling like you have ‘Done’ something wrong
Self Acceptance begins with acknowledging what and how you are feeling.
It doesn’t matter it you know anything about chakras. What matters if how you relate to the feeling in your physical and emotional bodies.
Questions to ask yourself include:
- “What am I feeling physically, emotionally, mentally?”
- “Is this rational?”
- “Am I in alignment with my own values?”
- “Are my thoughts bringing me inner peace”
