Your aura is the field of energy surrounding your body at about an arm’s length around you. Your aura responds to the circumstances in the present moment moving in and out, up and down. Your aura contains the information regarding your current reality. Some people see colours in the aura, while others sense or ‘know’.
The edge of your aura, when clearly defined, but not with a hard edge, allows you to be aware of your self in relation to others and the circumstances in your life with clarity and awareness.
Awareness of the energy flow within your aura allows you to have more clarity to create the changes you want for yourself.
What is in your aura is what you see through and are seen through; what you experience as your reality, and what you attract to yourself.
If you’re upset, this is what is in your aura. If you’re happy, this is what is in your aura. If you have anger in your aura, you will attract anger to you. Everything is valid and relative.
