Practice of Being

Life Lessons

Life brings us together to learn lessons from each other.  We see the light and strength in another and invite the same vibration within ourselves.

Sometimes the lessons touch a tender spot and we feel hurt or angry.  We may want to lash out but it is wiser to be still and allow the energy (information) to be processed within.

By ‘being still’ the excess energy is given time to release and reveal our inner strength. The practice of “being” feeds kindness, compassion, stillness and awareness. Things are not always as they appear to be.  Before you know it, whatever was bugging you, is no longer that big a deal!

Join us this week for live-stream classes or listen to the audios as we explore ways to practice being and opening the heart to others. Remember opening the heart to others does not mean allowing them to walk all over you!
