Loving Kindness means seeing and experiencing life with an open heart. Loving kindness is the ability to give and receive love without any demand or expectation.
Loving Kindness offers caring, and connection between self and others. There is an absence of inner conflict. There is no coldness between each other. Love exists beneath judgment, hatred, confusion, and difficult thoughts. No matter what happens we can still love.
During difficult times we believe we cannot love because of the pain and confusion. When this happens our love is buried beneath our suffering and with care and healing, love resurfaces.
Love is the core of your existence. It is gentle, kind and accepting.
Kindness is thoughtful, considerate, gentle and understanding. Kindness is not thinking you are better than another or that it is ‘the right thing to do’.
