How can I forgive myself?

Forgiveness is the first step to healing, as we learn to equally forgive ourselves and others. We must begin by forgiving ourselves for any harm we may have caused to ourselves, knowingly or unknowingly through our thoughts, actions or lack of actions. Too often we have critical thoughts that have a negative effect on our emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being.  Rather than judge ourselves even more, we must practice self forgiveness so that our authentic, loving self is revealed.  read more
