    Create and commit to your schedule and take tiny steps.
    Focus on finishing in a reasonable time frame.
  3. AVOID IMPULSES THAT DISTRACT YOU
    Stick you your schedule.
    Take mini breaks
    Listen to a short guided meditation
  4. GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO MAKE MISTAKES
    It’s okay not to be perfect.
    You deserve to be happy and have fun!
    Reflect on your standards. Could the bar be set too high for this task?
  5. FEEL LIKE YOU’RE ALREADY THERE
    Raise your inner vibration. Match the ‘feeling’ you had when you completed a task in the past.
    Vibrate at that frequency ALL THE TIME

    Offer yourself encouragement and reassurance.
