Ready to Synchronize?
“Synchronicity is an ever present reality for those who have eyes to see” Carl Jung
Ever spend time observing the orchestration of nature and the universe?
Then you’ll know when you pause long enough to look and listen you sense everything is coordinating effortlessly. Nothing is random. The dew, rain, earth, plants, trees, insects, birds, animals …all of nature is in harmony and alive with infinite potentiality.
You too are part of this synchronistic orchestration.
But you not always feel like you are! You don’t align with this beautiful rhythm when you’re lost in thoughts and the nature of doing, rather than ‘being’, that cause you to miss the symbols and messages brought to you.
Instead of going with the flow of life, it feels like life is working against you. This is a sign you have not paused long enough to align your mind, body and soul with spirit. You feel lost and incomplete, aimlessly floating through life and the universe.
How do you harmonize and synchronize with the universe?
To synchronize you begin by slowing down and pausing during your hectic day, closing your eyes, breathing, and realigning with the present moment. Your physical body is always in the present moment, breathing and recreating itself. It is synchronizing with the rhythm of the universe.
When you are out of alignment, your body becomes agitated, irritated, and sometimes unwell.
That agitation is a sign to realign! Additionally, you can focus on your thoughts which are generally either in the past or in the future. And a ridiculous percentage of the same thoughts repeat themselves every day, consciously and unconsciously. You never get a break! It’s no wonder stress is so high.
What is the secret to synchronizing?
I must sound like a broken record. But the primary way to stay present and synchronized is to meditate regularly. More than closing your eyes, listening to music, or nature, meditating aligns your soul with the present moment and your purpose. You cleans away the cobwebs, negative thoughts, feelings, and energies to reclaim and reveal your revitalized self. This is a process that requires discipline.
In ‘being’ quiet on the inside you hear and see all that is.
When meditating you align with your desired intentions and the wisdom of the universe. Random events and people who support you and your ideas, wishes and dreams spontaneously become part of your life. You are in alignment with the ease and flow of the universe.
Stick to a regular meditation practice to experience the synchronicity of life.
